2. Data we collect
Through the contact form you may provide your name, company or institution, email address, telephone number, event date and location, participant numbers, event type and message. Required fields are marked in the form.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use the information to answer your enquiry, agree the workshop scope and prepare an offer. Processing is based on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and on the controller’s legitimate interest in handling correspondence.
4. Data recipients
Information may be processed by providers needed to operate the website, form and email. The form uses FormSubmit to deliver the message to FOLKA. You can also read the FormSubmit privacy policy.
5. Retention
We retain data for as long as needed to answer and conclude the correspondence. If cooperation follows, relevant information may be retained for longer where required by law and until any claims expire.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may lodge a complaint with the Polish Personal Data Protection Office.
7. Voluntary provision
Providing data is voluntary, but without the required information we cannot reply. Data is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.

The technical provider may record standard information needed for security and operation, including an IP address, browser type, request time and the visited page.
