What the workshop looks like
From discovering the material to making your own piece.
Easter palms are connected with Palm Sunday, traditionally also known in Poland as Flower Sunday or Willow Sunday. In different parts of Poland, they were made from locally available plants and materials.
In our workshops, the palms are made from grasses, thuja twigs and flowers created from crepe paper.
The facilitator shows how to prepare and join all the elements. Everyone makes their own palm and takes it home.
